Australia Post took a long time to deliver package and therefore the Biltong I ordered was a bit mouldy. I contacted Springbok Delights and they gladly offered me a refund. No hassle and very friendly. Will shop with them anytime.

I am a biltong fan and stumbled upon this place one day. The biltong here is the best!! Also had the dryworx which I’ll definitely be back for 😍 The staff are soo friendly and let me sample some of the other cuts. Just so delicious. If you’re a biltong fan, this is a must visit. These guys are a jewel in our community. They do great meats and even better biltong. Some good stock of South African products. During lockdown one of the guys would even do a home delivery for us when we couldn’t leave home. Great job guys!

Visited this place for the first time today, was greeted by a lovely man by the name of Glen, went through what I might like and ended up getting the Smokey Biltong, best I've ever tasted, not to mention the sausages they have, as close to perfection you can get. Will be back soon for more!

Fantastic and friendly staff who are always willing to help. The quality of their meats and other products have always been consistently of very high standard. They offer magnificent products that you can't get from your local supermarket that they make and age in-store. You can't leave the place without some of their famous Biltong, again cured and aged by them. They are always happy to cut to your desired size, so if what's on display isn't your desired thickness they will grab and cut to size from the back. I particularly like my steaks very thick. People will travel hours to get their famous South African delights.
